Amazing place! Loving energy right from the start – this place will make you feel at home. The houses to stay in are beautiful and so comfortable. Perfect for any spiritual seeker or just anyone looking to improve their life! Can’t wait to go back!

Words are never enough for me to express my experience at Hayulima. The place is magical, truly magical. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I have been to many other retreats before and had medicine but Hayulima’s experience was totally life-changing for me. I truly believe the place is so magical because of the people at Hayulima. They are all wonderful. The food was amazing, the water was life, and the air was fresh, I love the place so much that I am going to go back every year. I am part of The Haylima Family for life.

For anybody that is looking for a place of love, harmony, and some healing and to do it with people that walk what they talk and serve the land and humanity, Hayulima is the place for you.

It’s hard to describe how wonderful Hayulima is, but I’ll try. The family that takes care of the beautiful land this sanctuary is located on is so genuinely loving, caring, and hospitable. They immediately welcome you into their family with a gentle humility and attentiveness, and in the midst of their busy schedules during retreat, they all take time to get to know and connect with each person in attendance. This sanctuary is meant to be more than “Ayahuasca tourism.” They take the path seriously and it shows in the ceremonies and their general presence. I am so very much looking forward to returning to this community to deepen my understanding, compassion, love, patience, gratitude, and peace. I can’t recommend Salvador and his family enough. They all give so much of themselves, and it’s inspiring and humbling. Thank you, family.

I feel so blessed to find this place. The landscape is so magical that itself is so refreshing and healing. Surrounded by lively mountains and a river and so much nature around it feels so serene and secluded. The staff is very warm loving, caring and very knowledgeable. Because of the small batches they intake every retreat it feels so personable working with the medicine and the Hayulima family. I highly recommend this place. Special mention: This would probably the best home made food you can find in any retreat. I can’t wait to come back.

Hayulima is incredible in every way. The property is surrounded by amazing cloud forests, mountains, and a river. Toucans and other birds everywhere. The shamans that work there are caring, helpful, and easily accessible. They eat meals with everyone and live on the property. The food is amazing and accommodations are comfortable. I have zero doubts about recommending Hayulima to someone who is interested in plant medicine
