U.K. Man Sentenced To 6+ Years For Selling Magic Mushrooms Online
A man from the U.K. was recently jailed for 6+ years following the discovery that he had been selling magic mushrooms on the dark net. Yes, James Edmans’ heinous crime was growing a plant and selling it. Poor guy.
Interestingly, he used prosthetic gloves which would prevent leaving any fingerprints on the packages while also not arousing suspicion by actually looking like gloves.
The detective on the case said the Dark Web Operations team were able to “stop these dangerous illegal drugs being distributed across the UK”, though he stopped short of mentioning what exactly they’d be doing to stop all the dangerous legal ones.
