At Sapan Inka, we believe participating in an Ayahuasca retreat is a powerful opportunity for profound energetic and spiritual cleansing and healing. An Ayahuasca experience can be immensely favorable for those embarking on a journey of transformation and spiritual development. Our unique model is a conscious synthesis of the millenary wisdom of Amazonian medicine and the principles of depth and transpersonal psychology. We are not a center for spiritual tourism or mere Ayahuasca experiences; we are a dedicated space for exploring the deep psyche, practicing ancestral Amazonian medicine, and supporting transformative processes.

We distinguish ourselves through our philosophy of minimal interference and the unwavering shamanic and spiritual support provided in our ceremonies. Our commitment to ethics and professionalism is paramount. We believe an Ayahuasca ceremony is an opening to the reality of the soul and a world of sacred images. For this reason, we practice minimal interference during your experience of expanded states of consciousness, allowing the healing intelligence of Ayahuasca and your own inner being to guide the process. This is not abandonment or a lack of warmth; it is a conscious act of respect and trust in your innate capacity to heal and in the divine power of the medicine itself.

The transformative power of Ayahuasca is fully realized through a structured integration process. At Sapan Inka, our psychotherapeutic integration is more than a simple conversation; it is a rigorous process designed to help you assimilate, process, and effectively integrate your experiences. We provide a space for you to understand the intricate symbolic language of your visions, converting profound insights into tangible and lasting change. This is how the spiritual revelations from the ceremonies are bridged with your daily life, ensuring the journey leads to genuine personal growth.

To navigate this journey, rigorous preparation is essential. An Ayahuasca experience can be incredibly challenging, and its potency demands thorough mental, emotional, and spiritual readiness. It is crucial for participants to understand that this is not a shortcut, but a deep and profound inner work that requires commitment and maturity.

Given the serious nature of our work, we are aware that our approach may not satisfy everyone’s expectations. Those who seek a more superficial, less confrontational experience or group activities may find other centers more suitable. Our model is designed for individuals committed to holistic healing and willing to embark on a serious psychospiritual path. This is why our groups are intentionally small, to ensure the personalized and ethical attention that is the cornerstone of our years of experience and dedication.

At Sapan Inka, our commitment is to support you on your journey, respecting the authenticity of your process and providing a safe and professional environment for a genuine transformation.

I participated in the 6 day retreat with Sapan Inka and it was extremely transformative for me. It was my first time trying Ayahuasca and I got way more out of it that I ever could have imagined. The retreat center was very serene and Erik and Nilda are very nice people.

In my one and only ayahuasca trip it took me quite a long time for it to kick in and it was close to when the ceremony was over. Nilda and Erik stayed with me for several hours after, and it was nice to be supported during that time.

We also went to Machu Picchu one day and Erik and Nilda set us up with all the travel and transportation in addition to a great guide which was wonderful.

All in all a great experience.

I did the 3 day retreat with Erik and Nilda and it was an experience I’ll never forget. We were a small group what I really liked, because Erik would spend a lot of time with each person and advise him according his personal needs. Everything was great starting with accommodation, amazing healthy food prepared by Nilda and finish with the ceremony. This is something that everyone should try in his life. The way they lead the the ceremony makes me to want go back do it again. My wife did it at another place with 20+ people and now I want her to go to Eric and Nilda and experience the difference. And the most important in a less then a year after the ceremony I’m experiencing amazing changes in my life that I never expected to happen!

I take a deep breath before writing this because I want to do justice to the experience I had at Sapan Inka.

Before travelling I did some light research and reading, completed the thorough questionnaire for this retreat, and spoke with Erik to ask any questions that remained about the retreat. I felt ready, calm and happy about the plan.

From arrival everything moved in to place to open up the full experience of the retreat. Every day and every moment felt comfortable and intentional. The structure and intent which Erik and Nilda have created welcomes and embraces you to let go and allow yourself to succumb to the experience.

I felt supported and comfortable throughout, which was especially important during points where some challenges arose for me. Integration sessions with Erik were extremely insightful. We spoke after the retreat and follow up resources were shared which again really helped with the continuation of my journey.

I could go on but I will stop here and summarise that I would whole heartedly recommend Sapan Inka to all of my closest friends. Erik and Nilda have created a beautiful, welcoming space and I am truly grateful to them that I was able to experience it for the days I was there and in my heart afterwards.

I have spent 5 days with Erik and Nilda (and their rescued 2 dogs Negra and Laika and cat) back in October. Words alone cannot describe what a wonderful experience it was. Erik and Nilda are truly special. They are deeply kind and genuine and made me feel at home. I can’t wait to join them again in their new home and get to see Negra (the black dog) I have become attached to and vice versa.
    Peace and Love

I can’t recommend this enough! my ceremony changed my life and I am so grateful for the time I spent with them. 10/10 experience
