For many years, Plant Medicine Thailand has been holding ayahuasca ceremonies in the mountains of northern Thailand, just outside Chiang Mai.
Our main retreat is 6 days and 5 nights, with three ayahuasca ceremonies. It is designed for participants seeking healing, transformation and personal growth, with practical support to bring that experience home into everyday life.
While we deeply honour the Amazonian traditions that have given us these medicines, including the Shipibo lineage of Peru and the Huni Kuin, Yawanawá and other traditions of Brazil, our ceremonies are also infused with the spiritual heart of Thailand. Amazonian wisdom meets Thai culture, Buddhist philosophy, Hindu traditions and mindfulness practices, creating a ceremonial experience you can only find here.
Our retreat centre is a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by tropical gardens, fresh mountain air and sweeping views. Guests stay in spacious rooms, with a sacred ceremonial maloca, a saltwater pool, and nourishing vegetarian and vegan meals.
Alongside ayahuasca, we offer Huachuma (San Pedro) ceremonies for groups and private guests.
Safety and care come first. Every guest completes an application and screening before being accepted. We guide you through preparation before you arrive, and our team supports each person closely before, during and after ceremony.
Integration is at the heart of what we do. Every guest receives The Journey, our integration journal covering the retreat and the 12 months after it. Guests can also continue with Integration Vine, a six-week online integration program, or join our Sacred Connection integration retreat.
Our purpose is simple: that what you receive in ceremony is carried into everyday life, creating lasting change for you, your relationships, and the world around you.
