Pre-Day 1: Group Meet and Greet

Zoom call to collaborate on ride shares (45 minutes)

Initiation Call – 1 week later

Zoom call for preparations and dietary guidance (90 minutes)

Day 1 (1 week later)

Start Time: 12:00 PM
Meet at San Ysidro and bus departure (12:00 PM – 1:15 PM)
Drive to location with snacks (1:15 PM – 3:00 PM)
Unload, Opening ceremony, Orientation (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Evening Ceremony (7:00 PM – 1:15 AM)

Day 2:

Start Time: 9:00 AM
Breakfast, Yoga, Intention Ceremony (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Free Time, Lunch (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
Breathwork, Yoga, Individual Sessions (3:00 PM – 7:15 PM)
Evening Ceremony (7:15 PM – 12:15 AM)

Day 3:

Start Time: 8:00 AM
Breakfast, Yoga, Group sharing (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
Lecture, Lunch (11:00 AM – 1:15 PM)
Yoga, Breathwork, Individual Sessions (1:15 PM – 7:00 PM)
