Inti Eco Lodge

Iquitos, Peru

Nestled in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, Inti Eco Lodge offers authentic shamanic retreats guided by Anita, a Curandera trained by the Banco Curandero Don Agustin Rivas Vásquez. With many years of experience, Anita supports people from all over the world with care, integrity, and deep presence.

Her approach is rooted in ancestral wisdom and a profound respect for traditional Amazonian medicine. In a pristine natural environment, she creates a sacred and transformative space where each person can reconnect with themselves, supported by the living energy of the jungle and the sacred plants.

Plant Dietas : A Deep Path of Healing

Our retreats include Ayahuasca and Sacred Tobacco (Mapacho) ceremonies, as well as traditional plant master dietas, practiced according to the customs of Amazonian medicine. The dieta is a profound process of inner work and connection with the spirit of a plant ally.

This sacred process requires specific conditions: isolation, withdrawal from external stimuli, no physical or energetic contact with others, and a simple, clean diet – mainly rice, quinoa, vegetables, lentils, and green plantains. This supportive and disciplined framework allows the medicine to work deeply and promotes the integration of the teachings received.

Throughout the process, Anita offers personalized and ongoing support through regular individual sessions, attentive follow-up, and spiritual guidance rooted in tradition. She transmits a living medicine, shared with respect and authenticity, in close connection with the spirits of the jungle.

Benefits of the Process :

Ceremonies and plant dietas work on multiple levels of the being and support deep, holistic healing:

On the physical level:
• Relief from chronic or unexplained illnesses
• Improvement of digestive disorders, inflammations, recurring infections
• Detoxification (addictions, heavy metals, processed foods, etc.)

• Release from depression, anxiety, or burnout
• Healing of past traumas (abuse, grief, abandonment…)
• Realignment in case of identity struggles or loss of direction
• Dissolution of self-sabotaging patterns, deep anger, or irrational fears

On the spiritual level:
• Reconnection to one’s inner compass and life mission
• Clarity and grounding during existential transitions
• Awakening of intuition, natural gifts, and creativity
• Healing of inner emptiness, disconnection, or a sense of spiritual loss
