It’s difficult to summarise my life changing & life affirming experience at Entheogens Peru. I came here for a 7 day retreat in January 2023 through the thick of the protests and political turmoil. I hesitated to go closer to the time, but even before we began the retreat, Stephano kindly reassured me that I would be able to have a tailored, profound experience.

I could not have made a better decision but to trust him right from the beginning. I spent the week receiving the most fulfilling spiritual guidance, education, emotional support and companionship through countless adventures. Stephano tailored the order of plant medicines and dosages in the way that suited my previous experiences and the state of mind & body I brought with me. It was an immensely challenging experience – emotionally, physically and mentally. By surrendering to his process, the magical nature of Sacred Valley, and the wisdom embedded in the ancient sites, I found determination and energy to push myself through a breakthrough transformation. This was easily one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.

If you are looking to build deep connections to nature, Pachamama, our ancestors and yourself, this is the perfect retreat. I cannot thank Stephano enough for sharing his deep love, compassion and wisdom so openly throughout the week. So grateful for our new family bond, including Uku, his lovely family & friends who hosted me. Haux haux!

I cannot recommend a plant medicine retreat with Stephano enough. Nor would I want anyone else to be there to guide me throughout all of it, through the highs as well as the more challenging episodes. His knowledge of the plants, the ancients, the science behind it all and the universe and its many dimensions is outstanding. Experiencing these medicines on the ancient power portals is incredible and so much more powerful and unique. The experiences of the medicines were a real roller coaster, challenging at times but ultimately incredibly beautiful, healing and heart opening. I have experienced psychedelics of various forms many times in my life but this experience will always be ultimately incredibly profound, unforgettable, and life changing! The order of events was great, making us more comfortable with being outside of our comfort zones on every session, in the most beautiful places around the Sacred Valley. Stephano seemed to always be able to say exactly the right things at the right times to make sense of it all! Even though we came at the height of the protests in Peru, Stephano still ensured that we travelled to some amazing and safe places to journey into the cosmos. I will absolutely be coming back again and I can honestly say that there is no need to look elsewhere for an experience like this if that is what you are searching for. His and his family’s kindness and generosity allowing us to stay at the home (in a cool teepee overlooking the valley) was also very appreciated and added to the whole experience, bringing our group all together even more. I learn so much throughout the whole experience and Stephano could always answer any questions I had about things with such depth and clarity. To top is all off, the food was amazing and very healthy, perfect after the big days. Thank you Stephano brother, you are a very special soul.

My mentor invited me on a spiritual retreat in Cusco, Peru. Here I met my Maestro/My brother, Stephano. My experience was like a rebirth for the best me. Extremely life changing. My experiences with the plant medicines taught me valuable lessons while confirming the manifestations that were to come. Working with the shamans and the natives of the land opened my third eye, my spirit and my mind to another world. With that came a peace of mind and soul that will forever guide me. I’m eternally grateful for the opportunity to experience this retreat for my first time ever traveling. ❤️

Thanks to the plant teacher (willca seed) and the shaman teacher (Stephano), the whole two-day experience is so amazing, and definitely beyond any of my imagination of that before.

I dreamed about the transcendental consciousness experience since I was a child, and glad I can get there with a reliable and experienced guide, who always provides a tunnel to lead me into questions, views, and frequencies, of higher consciousness. I heard from my friends that Stephano is the man, and he absolutely is!

Much love, much grit, and much special skill he showed through the whole experience, not only when I tried the DMT and willca. He guides the learning with spiritual plants carefully, to make sure people explore their consciousness as much as they could but also stay safe. When I feel lost or uncomfortable in these transcendental experiences, Stephano slightly adjust the condition using his knowledge, which helped a lot.

After all, it’s about a journey to find who we really are, and discover our full potential. Just like he tried to show in the movie Kausaypaq, “every human is a type of evolutionary being that is capable of expressing and transcending into a better version of self, with no limits”. Honest thanks to Stephano my friend, who made this journey so beautiful.

When a couple of friends in Cusco recommended Stephano to us, we only had three days left in Peru. A pleasant surprise, Stephano replied our inquiry within hours and tailored a two-day retreat according to our schedule. The journey thus began.

I couldn’t ask for a more knowledgable, caring, and trustworthy shaman than Stephano for my first encountering with plant teachers and ancient medicines. He started with introducing us to the histories of the ancient civilization of Inca, their myth and cosmologies, and the relationships between people and plants. The experience started from understanding both the plant and yourself, as Stephano said to us.

We started with DMT on our first day in an ancient site. Before smoking in, Stephano took time preparing the site and letting us meditate and center ourselves. He was really attentive to the energy of the place and ourselves. The DMT experience lasted about 20-30 minutes for me. It was the most beautiful thing that I ever saw or dreamed in my life.

After a delicious vegetarian dinner and a good night of rest at Stephano’s home, we started the second day with pharmacology of Wilca and preparing the Wilca seeds. Learning and preparing the medicine from the raw seeds with my own hands, I was communicating my intentions to the seeds, connecting with the indigenous people and their ancestors, and feeling its very physicality in the shape, colors, textures and smell of the seeds. While we were preparing each step, Stephano explained our meditative feelings from a neuroscientific perspective. When it’s done, we felt ready to experience Wilca. In the afternoon, he drove us to a quiet and beautiful site near the river and across an ancient stone terrace. Still, I didn’t expect how strong the medicine was. I was thrown out of my own consciousness in a couple of minutes after the snuff and almost forgot how to breathe. I was shouting, dancing, singing, swimming on the ground. Stephano checked in on me and guided me with his wonderful guitar, toning fork, and flute music. Overall, I couldn’t find words to describe the experience except for “rebirth”.

Thank you Stephano, for the spiritual, wild, beautiful, and transformative experience of entering another consciousness! Thank you for introducing us to plant medicines and teachers in the most mindful and heartful way.
