October 20, 2024 at 9:16 amWent during September 2024 to Dreamglade and it was my second visit to the center / last time I went during September 2023.
The place is very beautiful and very well kept, clean and each month they repaint and turn over every corner of the center because of humidity. Met very nice people there and the all over ambience was pleasant. Changes have taken place one of the sweet animals „Ella“ left earth and I keep her memorie with the warmest feelings in my heart. The owners Clarissa and Wade are big animal lovers and take care of all sort op species inclusive humans 🙂 Theirs staff is wonderful and truly sweet and pleasant people and last but not least the two Curanderos are so precious to the center and all the people involved. To keept in mind it is the jungle where this center is placed and jungle life is part of the journey.

October 18, 2024 at 1:32 pmOverall very positive experience, got what I needed and feel much healthier and happier.
Curanderos are unbelievably powerful and knowledgeable, literally couldn’t be better. Food is great. Most of the staff is absolutely amazing as well. Gotta say though that I’m in alignment with reviews pointing out weird vibes with Wade. I felt he was generally pretty emotionally reactive and a little bit bold/intrusive with some of what he said to guests. Also did not seem to take constructive criticism or being challenged very well. This wasn’t that big of a deal to me but I could see how it would potentially not be the most approachable environment for people coming to work through serious trauma or mental health problems. I can see Wade’s goal of being a straight shooter so people will face their demons, but at least in my opinion I saw him cross the line into being just kind of mean and controlling a couple of times.
I would absolutely go back here and probably will, and overall would 100% recommend it, but I felt people should know about some of that stuff since it didn’t sit right. If you feel like what I described wouldn’t get to you I would still really recommend this place, the curanderos are the most important part and you are definitely getting the real deal here.

October 24, 2025 at 5:04 pmDear flyguy86 In our continuous effort to learn and improve, we were revisiting your review from last year. Even though time has passed, we wanted to thank you for it. We remain so grateful for your heartfelt words about the life-changing work of our Curanderos, the amazing staff, and that you left feeling healthier and happier. It means the world to us that you would 100% recommend us and plan to return. Your comments regarding your interactions with Wade have been an important point of reflection for our entire team. We understand that his direct communication style, which is intended to maintain a clear and grounded container for the group’s work, can sometimes be experienced as confrontational. We are sorry for any moments where it felt that way to you and for any discomfort this caused. Your perspective is valued and heard. Our primary commitment is to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every guest, and we take your point about the needs of those working through serious trauma very seriously. We continue to reflect on this feedback as a team to ensure our methods consistently align with that mission. We are truly glad the essence of your experience was so positive and transformative. We wish you continued growth and well-being on your journey and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Warmly, Dreamglade Team

August 4, 2024 at 4:16 amHeres 3 good reasons to chose Dreamglade:
1: facilities. The location and the construction is so beautiful. Tamboos, toilets, baths ect. Are nice and clean
2: the ceremonies. I felt really safe during the ceremonies. The rutines are always runed really professional. The experiense is also really authentic.
3: the people. The best reason to chose this place for me is that the workers are wonderfull. Its clear to see that these people love what they are doing. They spend time with the people,
laugh and sharing both funny and personal experiences.
Im very grateful for this experience.
Thx Dreamglade

May 28, 2024 at 8:09 pmI spent 6 days with Dreamglade and for me they came as close to perfection as you can get.
It is a beautiful place, surrounded by nature and their 7 cats and 4 dogs. The buildings don’t really have walls, just mosquito nets, so even when you’re on the ayahuasca or sleeping, you always feel like you’re right in the middle of the forest. There is a diverse variety of jungle noises that’s pleasant to listen to.
The attention to details at Dreamglade is second to none. They really pay attention to everything, from making sure that they always remember and pronounce all our names correctly, to someone always being there with a tiny light to help you, during ceremonies, if you need to get up, to even tiny things like always having enough ceremonial tobacco and toiletpaper in the bathrooms, to even having some tissue paper under the ashtrays, so you won’t bother the others with any noise during ceremonies.
They also have a library with some incredible books.
The ayahuasca they had was also the real deal. Incredibly powerful and sublime.
Everyone who works for Dreamglade are incredibly good and humble people.
– The shamans are some of the best in the business, their singing during ceremonies can bring you to far away universes. You also always have the feeling that they see&feel everything and that you are protected with them.
– Wade was like a father figure for me. He has given up a lot in life in order to move to the Amazon and help people.
He has a huge experience working with the plants, that certainly shaped his personality into a humble, honest, hardworking and loving man. He always had the best answers regarding ayahuasca, the shamans and personal problems with had.
– Clarissa is just shining positive energy and happiness. Her laugh can lighten up the mood even after a tough ceremony night.
– Mair also made her life’s vocation to help people who are searching their way in life. She is incredibly attentive to the needs of the guests, always on the ready to help us during the ceremonies. She always has a smile on and always makes sure to ask you how you’re feeling and how your night was. She also teaches yoga and breathwork, both of which, I felt, were very beneficial for me
– Max has the biggest philosophical depth. Even at his young age he can take you into some very deep philosophical rabbit holes, where you can discover together some answers and end up with even more questions that need answers. It was always a pleasure to listen to him speak. He is also doing a fantastic job during ceremonies.
– the cooking ( and cleaning ladies ) are also doing an excellent job with the very few ingredients we are allowed to eat. The food is fairly good and very healthy
All in all, just positives to say, I can only wish on any of you looking for a retreat, to book with Dreamglade.
Thank you so so much guys for the life changing experience. I really hope to be able to see you guys again in the future.

May 17, 2024 at 9:55 amI just returned for a 2nd time to Dreamglade for a week. My first time being just under a year ago. Obviously as a returning guest, I liked it the first time around. It’s a beautiful setting in the jungle with no distractions. The focus here is on the medicine & healing. They do a wonderful job of explaining how things work & just how sacred these plants are. The owners Wade & Clarissa are doing a fantastic job. They remain available throughout your retreat & even after, checking in & making sure you’re doing well. Raul & Lidia are amazing dedicated Curanderos, you can feel & sense their power & love through their work. The 2nd time I went, Raul was away which did worry me some, however they had his brother Americo filling in who was amazing in his own right. The first time I was there I enjoyed the staff, & this time some people had changed as I’m sure happens at these places. It’s not the easiest work living in the jungle helping people through their journey. The new facilitators Mare & Max were both wonderful, caring people who fit in well there. I have nothing but good things to say about this amazing place & the people who run it. I’ve managed to get what I needed each time I’ve gone. My next return may not be as soon , but I would not hesitate to return should I get the call.
