I was lucky enough to learn of this place recently, and I had been interested in having this sort of experience for quite some time, but I just knew very little about magic mushrooms and was a bit apprehensive about it.

They answered all the questions I had beforehand, and listened to my story and my intentions with kindness and compassion.

When I was there, I felt like I was in a truly non-judgmental environment, which I had never felt before, and I felt so unconditionally loved and accepted including by my fellow participants that it just melted my heart.

Every person there had their own story and their own motivations for coming, and yet it felt like we were all there at the same time for a reason.

Everyone’s perspectives, motivations, fears, anxieties, and successes were respected and nurtured in this space. And every part of my being felt a sense of belonging and community which touched something primal in me.

It’s almost like the communal aspect of an experience like this is part of the whole package, not just the medicine.

And I can honestly say that my 1-week retreat here was one of the most profound experiences of my life, and it’s hard to find words that would remotely do it justice.

All I can say is thank you! I hope more people experience this so that the world can heal, and we can all finally be at peace.

I wasn’t sure what to think about the whole church aspect to this place, but decided to see what it’s all about, and I’m happy to say that it has nothing to do with the religious dogma I was concerned about.

Things got pretty intense about 30 minutes or so after I initially took the medicine, and I was feeling pretty anxious like the beginning of a panic attack. But I called the facilitator over, and he held my hand and assured me that it was just the temporary effects of the medicine and that it would soon pass. And it did! It was a small kind gesture, but it made all the difference in that moment.

I’ve been going through a pretty rough time lately, and I felt like I needed something to help me through it. And while I can’t say that it was a silver bullet, I was able to look inward and see the heartache that was simmering under the surface. And just being able to tap into that and assure myself that it’s okay to feel what I need to feel somehow made it feel better.

For that alone, I’m grateful for these gifts from nature.

Also, Colorado is really beautiful, and I enjoyed the drive to the property.

The accommodations were very comfortable, and I especially liked being in the back yard during the ceremonies, and I felt very connected to nature (although I definitely needed a jacket).

It’s not exactly cheap, but the house we stayed in was really nice and very comfortable. And it’s not very common that you have this kind of experience, so I splurged a bit. And honestly in hindsight, it was definitely worth it. It’s not something you’d wand to do every weekend though.

I still have lots of inner work to do, and I’ll definitely be back. And it’s nice that I won’t have to travel to South America to do it!

I just had the most amazing weekend here, and I’m so glad that this kind of retreat is finally available in the States!

I’ve taken mushrooms before, and each time, I seem to always walk away with some new life lesson. And it was nice being able to relax knowing that I was in a safe, legal setting being looked after by a professional sitter.

In fact, my first ceremony here was so moving that it brought me to happy-tears

Life just felt so incredibly beautiful, and it was like someone cranked up the dials for bliss, beauty, and happiness!

Honestly, words don’t do it much justice, but it’s easy to see why some people say these kinds of experiences are the most profound of their entire lives.

I like how the sitter gives you personal space during the ceremonies, but also checked in on me from time to time and was a really gracious host.

I don’t really eat breakfast, but there were eggs, bacon, oatmeal, bagels, tea, and coffee each morning (except ceremony days).

The lunches on rest-days were basic, but still good: sandwich, salad, veggies, and fruit.

And the dinners usually consisted of some really delicious soup, and I especially liked the cheddar chowder.

The bowl of fruit that you get midway through the ceremony is to die for too!

I was there with 2 other guests, and they were incredibly kind. And it really warmed my heart getting to know them during our adventures together. We shared quite a bit with each other, and it’s quite the bonding experience during the sharing circles after each ceremony.

Anyway, needless to say I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back again.
