Casa Del Sol works with small groups to optimize the quality of your experience, and share the space as a family. Blessed with a beautiful location within the Valley of Longevity, we integrate ourselves with its powerful medicine; our retreats include walking through its mountains, cleansing ourselves in the waterfalls and in the river in front of our home. We make offerings, meditate, practice yoga, hold sweat lodges and plant medicine ceremonies to encourage this integration.

Just wow.
I came here for plant medicine and i was BLOWN AWAY!! with the hard and deep work this guys are doing the plant medicine was secondary. I learned a lot and got teachings that transformed my view of life and myself.
I felt so safe with the medicines because they are cautious and gentle instead of throwing you in cold water! You can really dive in as deep as you feel comfortable and the food is unbelieveable delicious ^^

I would give 10 stars if it would be possible and i will advertise this place to everyone who is asking me where i got this unbelieveable happines from 😉

I recommend to come to casa del sol because it was the best decision i ever made and if i have the honor again i will come back as soon as possible 😀

Incredible ten days at the October 2021 retreat.

Ximena, Santiago, and family work to cater to every aspect of the week – I felt safe, comfortable, and loved the entire time.

Being able to work with and experience the plant medicine was a life changing experience, and I look forward to the day I can return to this special place.

I highly suggest anyone curious, on the fence, or debating weather to take this journey to give Casa Del Sol a chance to show you what magic is inside us all, and how they work to help us bring it out and add more love into the world will be something you will not regret.

Looking forward to my next retreat already.

I want to share a, special adventure I had at casa del sol, that I recommend highly,

There my soul understand that the nature is the universal university of the universe!!!!!

I have been in the Ritrit of September,

I felt connected deeply to pacha Mama – earth and Papa sky,
It was a deep connection that made me feel so loved, so equlibrate, from the battom of soul, it made me feel so alive, so healthy so vaccinated…
For me it was like hospital that gave me the vaccine of love fron every side I looked at it in 6 D,

I feel so lucky I have met this family of pure and unconditional love, Ximena, Santiago and Mateo and Nace,

May G-od /universe Blass them all and give them the energy to provide more and more people the special and undescribele beauty force they can give if you surrender to the flow of love.

My experience at Casa Del Sol was profound and life changing. All of the the small to big touches created this journey and was so appreciated. Ximena, Santiago, Mateo and their team were incredible beyond measure. They all created a very safe, comfortable, and beautiful space to dive deep into our own healing and share connection in such a beautiful and resonant way and space of their home- the sacred mountain and river. Everything was very clean and organized yet had an ease and flow to it. The food was the best food I’ve ever had in my life- so healthy, nourishing, light yet hearty. Thanks to Nati and Veronica for the blessed food! I could go on and on about my time at the casa. I didn’t want to leave. It felt like home, and it’s mostly because I found home also within myself. Thank you for welcoming me into your family and home and sharing your prayers and this beautiful work. I will never forget this journey.

Like many others, I entered the eleven day retreat at Casa del Sol as a broken person. I was depressed about the state of the world, lacking in love for myself and for life itself. I was hoping to heal old emotional wounds. I was looking for answers to questions about the meaning of life and my place in this world.

What I received during an eleven day retreat in Vilcabamba was a complete rejuvenation. The ceremonies led by Ximena, Santiago, and their eldest son Mateo were rich in tradition and filled with countless insights about this world and our place within it. The plant medicines take your mind to new levels of consciousness, and the wise and compassionate shamans help to steer you to places of healing, understanding and joy.

The retreat center itself is beautiful and the ideal setting for this type of transformative experience. Along the edge of the property flows the Uchima River, providing peaceful sounds throughout the day and night, as well as a nice place to take a dip if you feel inclined. The healthy food that is served is fantastic and leaves you feeling light, refreshed, and prepared to continue the work of the retreat. The green mountains surrounding the home are majestic and hiking experiences among them invoke a deep sense of connection with the natural world.

I cannot say enough great things about the shamans themselves. Ximena and Santiago share a deep understanding of the indigenous traditions and make you feel a part of something much greater than your self. Mateo is young, but wise, and provides many wonderful teachings as well as the experience of Kambo. The whole family plays beautiful music throughout the retreat which further transcends the experience of connection and joy.

After this retreat, I am left with a profound sense of gratitude – grateful for the gift of life itself, for this beautiful planet that is my home, and for my human family. I am grateful for these medicines that helped to lead my spirit to a new way of understanding. I am ever grateful to the shamans I’ve mentioned above, as well as to Suzannah and Francisco who helped guide us in so many ways, and to Nati and Veronica who lovingly provided the delicious meals. Gracias a todo! Nos vemos!
