I traveled all the way from Singapore to participate in two of Alegria’s Group Retreats already.
Alan, Nuria, and the team create a safe, supportive environment with a focus on the critical importance of set and setting, ensuring participants feel comfortable throughout the experience.
The live music during the sessions adds a profound dimension compared to other retreats that rely on playlists.
I witnessed incredible transformations in myself and the other seven participants in just one week. I would highly recommend this retreat—an experience like no other.
