🌱 The Experience 🌱
Even before the retreat begins, our preparation process—with meditation, breathwork, sharing circles, a specialised detox program, and pattern-interruption exercises—already starts shifting your mental and emotional well-being. You’ll feel clearer, lighter, and more present.
During the retreat, we weave together:
💆♀️ Bodywork, TRE & massage
🎶 Live music, healing chants & ceremony rooted in Indigenous wisdom
🌳 Nature connection & integration practices
🙌🏽 Self-empowerment, dance & trust exercises
🧠 Techniques supporting mental clarity, emotional release, and personal growth
Every element is designed to enhance, soften, and deepen your experience with the medicine—so healing, insight, and spiritual connection can naturally unfold, while also interrupting old patterns and supporting lasting change.
💡 Many leave with a renewed sense of clarity, peace, and purpose. When your nervous system comes back into balance and your brain resets, life begins to flow again. Things feel lighter. You move. You grow. You expand.
🍀 This is not just another retreat. It’s your opportunity to return to yourself—with trust, inner peace, and clarity. 🌟
🍀 Your chance to start a new chapter surrounded by people who truly support your growth. ✨

September 1, 2025 at 7:06 amI’ve now worked with Alan, Nuria, and their team for the third time, and I can only say that I’m absolutely convinced by both the retreats and the preparation and follow-up.
Through Alegria and the work with psilocybin, I’ve not only learned a lot about myself over the past two years, but I’ve also been able to positively influence my personal and professional environment with my experiences and insights.
Since doing this work,
I’ve become much more reflective, content, balanced, and empathetic!
10/10 — and to many more journeys with you!

August 31, 2025 at 4:16 pmAlegria Retreat is truly transformational and life-changing.
I traveled all the way from Singapore to participate in two of Alegria’s Group Retreats already.
Alan, Nuria, and the team create a safe, supportive environment with a focus on the critical importance of set and setting, ensuring participants feel comfortable throughout the experience.
The live music during the sessions adds a profound dimension compared to other retreats that rely on playlists.
I witnessed incredible transformations in myself and the other seven participants in just one week. I would highly recommend this retreat—an experience like no other.
