We believe in the rights of Mother Earth, and in protecting the practice of Mother Earth-based South Native American spiritual traditions, ceremonies, and sacred indigenous natural medicines. What is of the earth is our holy sacrament, and we retain the rights as citizens of this nation to use plant medicines as tools for the benefit of our physical health, spiritual growth, and personal evolution.

If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers and hotels. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
IF YOU CANCEL THE AYAHUASCA RETREAT:
We do not refund your deposit but you can reschedule to any retreat in the future. The exception are if you have a medical condition that does not allow you to participate.
IF WE CANCEL THE AYAHUASCA RETREAT:
We have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if we do cancel a trip due too few participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot, however, compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that SOUL QUEST AYAHUASCA CHURCH OF Mother Earth must cancel a Ayahuasca retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue / tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:
• you cancel your participation in the Ayahuasca retreat
• the retreat is canceled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
• lost baggage
• medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured
We recommend TRAVELGUARD, which offers a variety of travel insurance, including the option for a comprehensive “cancel for any reason” policy. If you cancel your retreat – for any reason – your airfare, hotel, retreat costs, etc. up until 48 hours prior to travel, will be covered. This comprehensive package is called the ” Gold Package Cancel for Any Reason” Policy”. You must contact Travelguard and purchase the policy within 15 days of buying your airline tickets or incurring any costs for any part of your travel. You can also just ensure your air tickets. Travelguard can give you quotes for each scenario.

November 17, 2017 at 5:45 pmI recently went on a retreat there with a couple of my Veteran brothers, and we all had a positively life changing experience. The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming from the moment we stepped foot on the property. Even though there were well over 30 people there we were all comfortably accommodated and well fed on a vegan menu that had me seriously rethinking my stance on cheeseburgers. All in all it was a great weekend and I strongly recommend it for anyone who is interested in getting away, clearing their mind, improving their lives or about Ayahuasca in general. You will be extremely pleased with your choice.

November 9, 2017 at 1:31 amI drank here in the beginning and waited to post this because I didn’t want to diminish any healing that other people received. I’m incredibly happy for them. I also don’t want people to think it’s all rainbows. I’ve been asked to post this so here it is. I believe they are business first healing center second with that I decided it wasn’t the place for me after drinking there multiple times. The medicine is… was good but during my last retreat I attended the founder watered it down so he had enough which I thought that was super disrespect but these are just my beliefs and experiences. He said his supplier told him to but he didn’t do it until he realized he didn’t have enough for everyone, which sounded like hogwash to me. I realize everyone doesn’t view or respect the medicine the same way as I do. They also don’t have a curandero (English we say “shaman”) to guide ceremony and they do overcrowd like 20-25/30 people at a time with no true guidance or able to clear the space beside sage. If one does show up they usually don’t work with them for very long. The facilitators are nice and have good intentions but there also have been poor intentions there as well which have caused the two different entire staff to quit at once but new people join on that had good experiences. From my knowledge young women have been what I feel were taken advantage of and inappropriately treated in other subtle ways. People serving medicine shouldn’t mix with attendees in romantic ways as the guest have such a high status view of the server. I’m not saying people aren’t going to get healing there because I saw some beautiful things happen but I also saw some disgusting things happen that turned me completely off. Do your own research and see how it feels to you these are just my experiences from drinking there about 13 times looking for something that wasn’t there. It did get me to travel to Peru and have a life changing experience for this I am grateful it was a somewhat ugly stepping stone.
And to me it’s not about being hokey or not it’s doing one of the, if not the most powerful psychedelic which is traditionally always given with guidance until we learn to navigate the medicine ourselves. But again just my beliefs.
In the end, we follow our hearts to where it leads us.

November 15, 2017 at 10:36 amDear Lance,
Although your review comes to us over a year and half after your last retreat with us we are sure there is value in it, as with all reviews. We love and appreciate all of our members and are always open to hear suggestions on where we could use improvement.
Please accept our sincere apology we are truly sorry to hear you had a negative experience. When you were with us almost 2 years ago we were operating as a different organization, at that time we were Soul Quest of ONAC which we are no longer. We are now Soul Quest Ayahuasca Church of Mother Earth and much has changed since that time. Over a year and half ago, we relocated our church to a more spacious and accommodating property on 5 acres of land. We have a new staff with a new set of staff guidelines which we adhere to very strictly, we also have several new private accommodations to create a more comfortable experience for our ever growing group of members.
When you were here last, we were a brand new church with much growing to do and as with anything that has never been done there are always mistakes to be learned from and growing pains along the way. We are often making changes to better our Church and the Services that we offer to our human family. Since we changed locations and became Soul Quest Ayahuasca Church of Mother Earth we have had over 500 ceremonies at our new location and have been blessed to be able to help many members get much needed healing. Even though we do not claim to be holding strictly traditional ceremonies such as you would find Peru, Brazil and throughout South America we often have visiting Medicine Men and Women come to guide and teach us. Our Peruvian Shaman Maestro Gaspar, who has well over 40 years of experience, visits us quarterly to lead workshops and to share the teachings of Grand Mother Ayahuasca. You can be sure that our staff and members are ALWAYS learning and growing!
Soul Quest was founded with the vision to make Ayahuasca available to all souls who are called to experience her transformative healing as she spreads outside of the Amazon Basin. Before, during and after every one of our ceremonies we do our best to go above and beyond to make sure everyone of our members feels safe, loved and at home. Furthermore, we keep our phone lines open to all who may need assistance with their integration process once they return home. Our wish is that everyone whose life has been touched by Soul Quest will find and maintain true transformative healing within themselves and within their lives.
Once again we are deeply sorry your experience was less than ideal and we would love for you to come join us for Ceremony in the future so that you can experience for yourself how much Soul Quest has grown. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. May Your Journey Be Blessed.

September 3, 2017 at 5:48 pmI had great experiences at Soul Quest. The staff is professional, they exceeded my expectations! The ceremony is a bit different than the ones in Peru, the reason in my opinion is that it is adjusted to the cultural differences and this way can serve a modern human being better. There is no belief system forced on the members, this way it allows to experience raw spirituality and religiousness which is personal and unique for everyone.

August 30, 2017 at 7:17 pmThis was an extremely empowering experience, shattering lack of self love and self confidence. The mother guided me through my darkest areas and showed me that no One can put out the fire inside me. We are the fire, the light and pieces of the source. We are all connected to the planet and it to us. While this is not Peru, a five star resort, or the Amazon with 30 year shamans it is bringing healing to a country that desperately needs it. While guidance from a life long shaman would be optimal, not all of us living paycheck to paycheck and really in the struggle have 4k set aside for a 14 day trip to the jungle. Shamans do sometimes attend spirit quest however Chris and his staff are well versed in the medicine brewing it on site. Chris sits with the plants all day protecting them as he prepares the aya. The ceremonies are performed with care and anything you need if you voice it they will help you attain. Hats off to them for standing up for humanity as a beacon of light in the darkness. Do not fear, change is one choice away.

July 28, 2017 at 1:24 pmI have done several ceriomonies over the past couple of months at Soul Quest. The experiences were incredible and the staff were totally amazing. Everything about the Aya Cerimonies was handled with utmost care and respect. Participants are given very loving guidance along the way. The staff are all very experienced and have a tremendous amount of heart and compassion. There is also a very strong sense of community.
