Ayahuasca Perú in Cusco is own by Filder Agustín, whose Shipibo name is Ronin Soy which means Snake of the sweet water, is a master who has inherited the old Shipibo traditions of shamanic medicine.
A powerful healer, Filder offers his work compromised for the healing of the people that seek to heal their spirit and body.
The songs, whose origin has been lost in ancient times, invoke the powers of the natural world to return the equilibrium and harmony.
Filder has been involved in the world of Ayahuasca since his birth. When he was young, his grandmother would give him plants to give him force.
His mother brought him to ceremonies directed by his grandfathers. She sang icaros to him so that he would have the force of the animals like the gull or the horse. When he was 11 years old, he decided to take Ayahuasca with his grandfather for the first time, the famous Martin Muñoz. At the age of 13 years, he began a diet with medicinal plants and taking flower essence baths. He went 6 months without eating salt, sugar or fat. He then repeated this purifying diet several times. At the age of 16 years, Filder began to have his own icaros and felt able lead ceremonies. When he turned 18 years, he began to paint the visions that he had during the ceremonies with Ayahuasca.
At 19 years, he began to direct his own ceremonies in his community and in Lima where it lived several years. When he turned 20 years, his mother introduced him to his uncle Antonio Vásquez in Lima, an experienced shaman. They made an agreement and Filder began an apprenticeship with Antonio. During this time Filder carried out several strict diets that his uncle gave him. At the age of 25 years, Filder suffered from a curse that almost cost him his life. His aunt, the famous shaman, Erlinda Agustín and her husband Enrique Flowers removed the curse from him and cured him. Since 2008 Filder lives with its family in the Sacred Valley in Pisaq where he holds Ayahuasca ceremonies for tourists and patients suffering from various problems.
