Our program is designed to provide an immersive spiritual experience, with a focus on intensity and isolation from the outside world. This is an opportunity to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with yourself through Yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork, meditation and traditional Shamanic practices, all while surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Amazon. You can enjoy the sunset and the sounds of nature, such as birdsong and stars at night, to find physical, mental
and spiritual harmony. The Master Plant diet is a personalized process established by the shaman that
prepares the body and mind to be more sensitive to the treatment and assimilation of Ayahuasca.

The diet helps in a great many cases, some may be: depression, anxiety, trauma, phobias and addictions. It
also increases self-esteem and mental and physical balance.

You will receive purification methods such as purgative plants, steam baths and traditional Shipibo massage to prepare the body and mind. Upon arrival, you will have a private interview with the shaman to discuss the reasons for your visit, concerns and problems you may have.

– 8 Ayahuasca ceremonies with 3 Shamans: The Ayahuasca ceremony is a traditional Amazonian healing practice that has been used for centuries by indigenous communities for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The 3 Shamans leading the ceremony bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the practice, creating a safe and transformative experience for you.

– Private consultation with the Shamans: Before starting the journey, you will have a private consultation with the Shamans. This allows them to receive guidance, support, and insight into their personal journey, providing a more personalized and meaningful experience.

– Master Plants diet: In addition to the Ayahuasca ceremony, you will also follow a Master Plants diet. This diet can help deepen the experience and provide additional healing benefits and is designed based on the Shamans’ visions during the Ayahuasca ceremony.

– Preliminary purification rites (vapour baths, purifying drinks): Prior to the Ayahuasca ceremony, you will undergo practices which help to cleanse the body and prepare the mind for the transformative experience of the Ayahuasca ceremony.

– 1 Kambo ceremony: Kambo is a traditional Amazonian healing practice that involves the use of the secretion from the skin of the Phyllomedusa Bicolor frog. This secretion is applied to small burns on the skin and have detoxifying and healing properties. The Kambo ceremony will highly help you to reach the maximum benefit while having the Ayahuasca ceremonies.

– 1 Traditional Shipibo massage: The traditional Shipibo massage is a unique massage technique that has been passed down through generations of the Shipibo tribe. This massage is designed to release your traumas, tensions and promote relaxation.

– Yoga practices: You will practice the rejuvenating and energizing movements of the Five Tibetans and the flowing movements of the Surya Namaskara. You will be guided through each posture and help you find your inner balance and focus. These practices are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and will provide a space for you to connect with your body, breath, and spirit.

– Qi Gong practices: You will be guided through a series of gentle movements and breathing exercises designed to cultivate your body’s vital energy and promote overall wellness. With daily Qi Gong practice, you’ll improve your circulation, flexibility, balance, and immune function.

– Meditation practices: You will practice the Shambhavi Mahamudra meditation, a powerful technique that aligns your entire system so that your mind, body, and emotions function in harmony. Through regular practice, you will develop a deep sense of peace, relaxation, and clarity, which can have a profound impact on your overall well-being

– Breathwork sessions: You will discover a powerfull breathing technique that can help you access altered states of consciousness, release emotional blockages, and connect with your inner wisdom. Whether you’re looking to increase your energy, reduce anxiety, or deepen your spiritual practice, the breathwork practice can offer you a safe and transformative experience.

– Large and cozy bungalows: The bungalows provide a comfortable and cozy space for participants to relax and rest during their stay. The large size of the bungalows ensures that participants have plenty of space to move around and feel comfortable.

– Food (breakfast and lunch) and accommodations: Participants will be provided with delicious and nutritious food, including breakfast and lunch, as well as comfortable accommodations that allow for rest and relaxation.

– Spanish interpretation for those who speak Italian, English, and French: For those who do not speak Spanish, interpretation services will be provided in Italian, English, and French, ensuring that everyone can fully participate in the experience.

MASTER PLANTS

We have a wide range of Master Plants with specific properties and functions. The use of these Plants is
essential because they act deeply in the healing process, allowing to reach physical, psychological and
spiritual harmony. All Master Plants promote dream activity.

The following Master Plants, can be provided:

– The Piñón Colorado is a Plant with magical properties that has several therapeutic functions. It helps to
unlock and release the mind, facilitating the emotional healing process. In addition, it increases intuition
and perceptions and contributes to developing self-awareness. It improves concentration and mental
clarity, making it easier to achieve one’s goals and desires. In general, it is considered a symbol of life,
resistance and spiritual nourishment;

– Bobinsana and Guayusa are Plants that provide a lot of energy and strength. They help improve mood,
giving joy and liveliness. They are particularly suitable for people who suffer from depression, anxiety
and sleep disorders. Shamans use them to enter into states of trance and to have visions. They are used
to reach altered states of consciousness, to come into contact with the spiritual world and to increase
extrasensory perception;

– The Renaquilla is a Love Plant, useful for overcoming broken hearts. It unlocks and releases the deepest
part of the soul, facilitating connections with our own feelings and with others. It also has a relaxing
effect and opens our heart in a delicate way;
The Sanango is a very powerful Plant that heals deeply, providing a lot of energy and self-confidence. It
frees from pessimistic ideas and helps to have a more positive attitude towards everything;

– The Ayahuma helps in the release of past traumas and accumulated emotions. Described as a gentle and
compassionate teacher, capable of providing a great protective energy power, it is also considered a
spiritual plant that can help strengthen the connection with nature and increase perception;
The Tamamuri is a powerful Plant for the purification and detoxification of the physical body and the
energy body. It helps those on a diet to release traumas and negative emotional energy trapped in the
energy body;

– The Shihuahuaco is a Plant known for its sedative and relaxing properties. It helps to reach a higher state
of consciousness and understand the truth about reality;

– The Toé is used in shamanic ceremonies as a means to contact spirits and to receive information on
healing, but it is also an extremely dangerous plant due to its high degree of toxicity and the great power
it gives to those who take it. This Master Plant is reserved exclusively for advanced students.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a 50% deposit payment of the total cost. We also require a minimum of 4 participants to run this retreat. If we do not reach this minimum number by May 15th, 2023, the event will be cancelled and all registered participants will receive a full refund.

We are committed to providing all the necessary information regarding the conduct to be maintained before, during, and after the Ayahuasca retreat. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse anyone, only accepting those who we deem suitable for this type of event after filling out a specific form.
