We are faciliitators who are experienced in Ayahuasca and San Pedro plant medicines. We offer a space for you to come and experience the visionary plants and to discover the deeper, more mystical parts of your self. To discover your knowing self.
We hold the space in ceremonies so you are free to explore a relationship with the medicines. The spirit of the mountain we live on, Apu Machu Pikol, provides protection and clarity while we are in the medicine space.
Our ceremonies are silent. Experienced Ayahuasca drinkers will tell you that when they want to do personal work, they prefer silent ceremonies and usually drink on their own.
Our retreat centre sits on the slopes of the mountain Apu Machu Pikol overlooking Cusco below. The Apu has a very clear energy which infuses the ceremonies with clarity and focus. During the ceremony you may well feel the Apu watching over you, like a wise Grandfather placing his protection around the space so that you can move freely within it.
The plant medicines are our guides and teachers; the Apu receives, holds and transmits the incoming flow of cosmic energy. You, as the human participant, become the meeting place of these things. It is in this space that our ancestors communed with nature and the deep parts of themselves, where they came into the inner knowing of the self.

June 26, 2015 at 12:00 amI stayed at Arutam Cusco for a nine day retreat in May and had a very pleasant experience. I hope to return and bring friends who will also benefit from the plant medicine and the kind hospitality I received here. The medicine was exactly what I needed and I have benefited even more over the weeks since I returned to the states.
Rory is very knowledgeable and generous with sharing his knowledge. Ana is also very experienced and knowledgeable. I learned so much from them and am grateful for their warmth and generosity. The location is quiet and serene with loads of flowers, hummingbirds, fruit trees, and lovely views. Ana prepares very good meals and the mountain water is terrific. I encourage others to visit this amazing duo and receive the healing and wisdom from the plant medicines.

April 21, 2015 at 12:00 amI stayed here just after the new year with a friend and Rory was very accommodating to our schedule. We were only able to stay for about half of the retreat and participated in the San Pedro, Sapo, and 2 Ayahuasca ceremonies. I only wish we could have stayed longer to do the 3rd!
Rory and Anna were excellent hosts, and we would definitely come back again to work with the plants again. Very knowledgable and caring environment. Look no further!
