This place is absolutely remarkable and the family of people behind it are some of the best people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. It is the perfect manifestation of what a plant medicine center should be and should be an example for all to aspire to. The shamans are exceptional and are masters in what they do. The medicine they prepare is made with love and respect and that goes a long way with those who take it. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and constitute medicine in their own right. Each ceremony is orchestrated with so much respect and beauty and with so much consideration to the true ancestral traditions. Christine, the founder, and all the staff and crew are some of the kindest people I have met and approach guests with so much compassion and wisdom. These people are in it for the advancement of human consciousness and our healing and not for any monetary reason. I’m so grateful to have experienced Gaia and will certainly be back! If you’re looking for a place to experience These plant medicines in a safe and trustworthy environment, look no further. Thank you all for all that you do and I hope that you’re able to keep on this good path always! Much love to all of you.
This place is simply amazing! Matt and Jeanae do an incredible job and put so much love and care into everything they do from administering the medicine, to facilitating to preparing the food, there is a great deal of love and care that’s goes into everything at New Life. The grounds and views are also breathtaking and are very conducive to the entire experience. I am very grateful to you guys for everything you did for us and will never forget you or my time at the center. Love and light to you and I hope to see you again one day 🙂
Iquitos and Urubamba in Peru
This is a long overdue review that I am so happy to be able to leave for these incredible people and this amazing place. I went on the two week Machu Picchu / Ayahuasca adventure trip with Pulse in October 2015 I can honestly say that this was the single most transformative and evolutionary trip of my life, a truth which has become increasingly more apparent as the months have gone by. I can write a thousand words on the beauty of the Ayahuasca Adventure Center and its remarkable setting – the spectacular rivers, jungle, wildlife and night sky allow for a spiritual experience in and of themselves, I could also go on about the superb quality of the service and the food and the accommodations, as well the excursions and extra surprise experiences these guys so thoughtfully organize, but I won’t. Because as important as all that is, what makes this place what it truly is are the people behind and the love they generously give to all attendees. From the minute you arrive at the retreat center, you are welcomed with such positivity, care, love and a sense of familiarity that instantly puts you at ease. This pulse of love and family only grows and becomes more powerful and contagious as the ceremonies progress. The way these guys facilitated our ceremonies for us – from shamans to staff members alike – was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Drinking the medicine can bring out certain long locked-away monsters that are not easy to deal with to say the least and this can manifest in a variety of different experiences and visions, some of which, like my own experience on my last day of the retreat, are tremendously challenging. The manner with which these people helped me and guided through that experience and stayed with me all night long until I had resolved those life-long demons was one of the most humbling experiences of my life. It is not only the care that is worth mentioning, but the professionalism with which they do what they do. They really helped me through my issues and not out of them so that I was able to really heal at the core. If any of you are looking for a place where you can go down that rabbit hole and try to heal from whatever burdens you, or even if you just wish to experience the what the wonders of Ayahuasca can do for those who are already unburdened, I can wholeheartedly tell you that pulse is the place for you. God bless all of you for all the great work you do. It was a sincere pleasure getting to know you all and I hope to see you all one day soon. A special shout-out to Mel, Ian, Tatyana, Rafa, Wiler, Angelita and Adriano, You guys rock!
