Via a Llayzhatan Bajo, Ecuador
When I was looking for the exact right place for my ayahuasca experience, I knew that I’d found it the moment I landed, what seemed “accidnetally” on the site. Gaia Sagrada is unique. Located in the Andes mountains, it’s incredibly clean and beautiful. The Shamans are wonderful and loving beings, both male and female and, they speak English. In addition to the Shamans, we have the very warm, loving and shamanic Christine, who is responsible for bringing this magical place into existence. Somehow, she brings it all together and manages not only to oversee the retreat and all that it entails but is also able to be there, open and available, for everyone. This woman has more love in her heart than I’ve encountered in a long, long time. Just writing this makes me want to jump on a plane and return. Add to this the most amazing volunteers imaginable (you know who you are, but I have to thank Patrice, Carol, Allie, Sami, Andy, Sylvia, Danielle…and more) and you have the perfect recipe for a wonderful and rich experience.
I also thank and fully appreciate my new family of co-Retreaters, all of whom I love beyond what a normal two weeks would allow. Bottom line, it was perfect, and I will be back.
